TAHARAH RECRUITERS PTE LTD was established in 2020, just before the COVID pandemic hit. The struggle that we went through...could never be explained by words.

​

Borders were closed and the high demand for helpers was a never-ending battle in that period. Employers were desperate as they were bound to their homes for work and needed the extra help to keep their household running. As much as we could understand the situation, we were helpless too.

​

Nevertheless, we didn’t give up.

We tried to aid the Employers as well as Helpers as much as we can.

Due to COVID many helpers were left stranded as some households were tied down with expenses and could not afford to keep a helper.
As a result, without an option to return home, many were left helpless in Rescue Shelters, homeless and without an income.

Taharah took the extra step to rescue those helpers and giving them a job by recruiting them to Employers with needs, which benefitted both of them.

We ensure they were placed in safe working conditions and their rights were duly exercised.

Borders slowly re-opened, after a 2 years hiatus, and helpers were flooding in with desperate need of employment to support their families. As much as we were eager to get the business up and running, we made sure to keep to our MISSION AND VISION of GOOD SERVICE AND LISTENING.

At Taharah, we made a promise to listen to our client’s needs, serve them with our heart and find the best candidate to work for them. By the way, we listen to our workers interests and needs too. If there is no match, we will let you know as such, if there is a match, you know we have done our thorough ground works. We work on MUTUAL RESPECT and well appreciate if Employers respect us too.

No matter how we make a match, the Employer-Employee relationship is key that is maintained thru understanding, trust and rapport building. Helpers come here to ensure they can earn to support their family, send their kids to school, build a home, etc. The least that employers could do is treat them as family.

We do follow-up with the Employers and Helpers for the first 6 months of their employment on their well-being. What makes an Agency more happy than to hear that they are doing well and being of great help to the families.
